Last updated:
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at parkering.click and related products and services offered by PARKERING MANAGER LIMITED (“Parkering Manager”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
1. About us
Legal name: PARKERING MANAGER LIMITED
Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Email: parkering-manager@outlook.fr
Jurisdiction: England and Wales
Parkering Manager provides parking management, space rental coordination, and related digital services across Scandinavia and Northern Europe. We may act as an intermediary connecting drivers and businesses with parking operators and third-party locations.
2. The Services
The Services may include:
- Website information and city search tools;
- Enquiry and request forms for parking needs;
- Individual support and custom proposals;
- Coordination with parking operators and partners.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Parking availability, pricing, and arrangements are confirmed individually and may vary by location.
Parking spaces are often operated by third parties. Where you use a third-party car park or location, that operator's rules, signage, and local laws also apply. We are not the owner or operator of most parking locations unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract;
- You must provide accurate and complete information in enquiries and requests;
- You are responsible for all activity conducted using your contact details with us.
4. Parking requests and arrangements
When you submit a parking request through the Services:
- Submission does not guarantee availability until we confirm in writing;
- Pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis in our proposal;
- You must comply with car park rules, maximum stay limits, and traffic regulations;
- You are responsible for correct vehicle and session details. Incorrect information may result in charges or penalties from operators or authorities.
5. Fees and payments
Fees will be agreed individually before any binding arrangement. Where online payments are offered, they may be processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment terms will be confirmed in your proposal or invoice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in a way that harms others or our systems;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries;
- Attempt unauthorised access, scraping, or interference with the website;
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached.
7. Intellectual property
The website, branding, content, and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our materials without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Information on the website is for general purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if no payment was made, whichever is greater.
10. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
