We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as we are not required to do so under current UK GDPR rules. Data protection enquiries should be sent to the contact above.

We process personal data in line with the following principles:

3. Lawful bases for processing
We rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under UK GDPR Article 6:

- Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our business, secure our systems, and communicate with prospects, balanced against your rights;

4. Your rights
Depending on your location and circumstances, you may have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your personal data;
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to erasure — request deletion in certain circumstances (“right to be forgotten”);
- Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data in certain cases;
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable;
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing;
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal;
- Rights related to automated decision-making — we do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any right, email parkering-manager@outlook.fr. We will respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests as permitted by law. We may need to verify your identity.
5. EEA and UK residents
If you are in the UK, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. A list is available from the European Data Protection Board.
6. International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations, EU adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
7. Data processors
We use trusted service providers (for example hosting on Vercel and email services) who process data on our behalf under written agreements requiring GDPR-compliant security and confidentiality.
8. Data breaches
We maintain procedures to detect, report, and investigate personal data breaches. Where required by law, we will notify the ICO and affected individuals without undue delay.
